🌐 Your Booking Page: Share your availability in seconds

Where can I find my booking page?

1. Go to the Darwin Now dashboard.

2. Click on Booking Page in the sidebar menu.

3. You’ll see your personalized URL, for example: darwinnow.io/yourname.

4. Use the icons at the top to copy, open, or edit the username of your booking page.

Share this link with your clients via WhatsApp, email, or social media so they can book with you instantly.

What can you customize?

Click the Edit button (top-right corner) to configure:

• Average appointment duration

• Minimum booking notice (avoid last-minute bookings)

• Confirmation method (WhatsApp only, Call only, or Mixed: Call and WhatsApp)

• Confirmation timing (how early appointments must be confirmed)

• Multiple bookings allowed (whether you allow overlapping appointments)

All of this gives you full control over your schedule—without the hassle.

Appointment Types: individual links and visibility

From the Appointment Types tab, you can:

View all active appointment types

Each type of appointment you create is automatically added to your general booking page (darwinnow.io/yourname).

Get individual links

Each appointment type also has its own unique link that you can copy and share directly with your clients or patients.
This is perfect if you want someone to book a specific service without seeing all your other options.

Example:

• General link: `darwinnow.io/jhondoe

• Video call: darwinnow.io/jhondoe/video

• In-person: darwinnow.io/jhondoe/place

Buttons like "Copy link" and "Book" are available to make sharing fast and easy.

Private appointments (hidden from the main page)

If you don’t want a specific appointment type to be public, you can hide it from the main booking page.
This allows you to have private events or meetings that are only accessible to those with the direct link.

Customize your business image

You can change the logo that appears on your booking page from the Branding section (in the left-hand menu).
This helps your clients recognize you and gives you a professional image from the first click.
