📆 How is an appointment created with Darwin?

Your Darwin assistant can automatically create or identify appointments through different channels. Here's how it works:

1. From your Booking Page

Each Darwin account has a personalized URL where anyone can see your availability and book with you.

Example:
darwinnow.io/yourusername

Perfect for sharing on social media, WhatsApp, email, or even embedding as a button on your website.

2. From WhatsApp

Darwin can understand messages sent by your clients via WhatsApp and schedule appointments automatically.

For example:

“Can you book me with Gwynne tomorrow at 12?”
“I want a consultation on Thursday via video call”

If there is availability, Darwin will detect it and create the appointment directly in your calendar.

3. From a phone call

Available with Darwin Pro, Darwin can also answer your phone calls, speak with clients, and book appointments during the conversation.
You can even link your existing phone number without installing anything.

This is ideal for clients who prefer calling over texting. Darwin can:

• Answer questions

• Book the appointment in real time

4. And everyone’s favorite: From Google Calendar. Just add the guest’s name and phone number in the event title or description.

You can also create an appointment directly in your Google Calendar with the guest's name and number.
Darwin will detect and sync the appointment automatically.
