How do I add my services or products for the Call Agent in Darwin?

Adding your products or services in Darwin lets your agent know about them and give better attention in calls or WhatsApp. Here’s how to do it, step by step:

From the Home screen on your Darwin panel, click the gear () in the top right corner.

Step 2: Go to the Calls section

In the left menu, click “Calls”. There you’ll see a space where you can manage your products. To add a new product/service, just click the “Edit” button in the Assistant Knowledge area.

Step 3: Fill in your product or service info

Complete the info for the product or service you want to add:

• Name: for example, Women's haircut

• Description: Simple haircut from $350. Includes trimming, volume control, and frizz control

• Price

Then click “Save”.
