Connect Darwin to your WhatsApp and let an agent reply for you using your business info. You just need one sentence to get started. Here’s how:
From the main dashboard, click the WhatsApp icon at the top.
A question will pop up: briefly write what your business does and what you need.
Example: "Clínica Imagen Dental, I want you to handle messages and book appointments."
With your phrase, Darwin creates an automatic instruction. You can leave it like that or edit it with your real services, prices, and business details. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to change it later.
From your phone:
Open WhatsApp
Go to Menu (⋮) or Settings
Tap Linked devices
Choose Link a device and scan the code
It'll take a few seconds to set up. You'll see the wait on the Darwin panel screen and on your phone, and WhatsApp will ask you to give that linked account a name. You can call it “Darwin Agent” so you can spot it easily.
After connecting, you'll see the next screen with the “Edit my agent”. Click there to customize even more: add your services, prices, FAQs, and more.
On this next screen you'll see all the conversations that start from now on. The agent will answer automatically based on the context you set.
You can:
Turn it on or off with the switch at the top
Turn it off for one-on-one conversations
Go to the gear in the top right to edit everything
Your agent is already up and running! As you get messages, Darwin will automatically reply based on what you set up.
If you want to adjust answers, change their identity, or update data, you can do it anytime from the Agent settings, just click the gear icon.
