How do I disconnect my WhatsApp from Darwin?

Need to pause Darwin so it stops replying to your WhatsApp chats? Here’s how you can do it easily:

1. Go to the WhatsApp Agent Panel

From the main calendar view, click the WhatsApp button (icon at the top of the panel).
This will take you straight to the WhatsApp agent’s conversation panel.

2. Turn off Darwin for all your WhatsApp

At the top right of the panel, you’ll see a main switch.
If you turn it off, Darwin will stop automatically replying to all incoming chats on WhatsApp.
You can turn it back on whenever you want.

3. You can also turn it off for a specific conversation

If you want Darwin to stop replying just in one conversation, just click that conversation and use the switch at the top right of the chat.
Perfect if you’re handling a conversation with a customer yourself and don’t want Darwin to step in.

You can turn the agent back on whenever you need to.
You’re the one in control!
