How to pause your agent so it temporarily stops replying on WhatsApp?

Need to pause Darwin so it stops replying to your WhatsApp chats? Here’s how to do it easily:

1. Go to the WhatsApp Agent Panel

From the main calendar view, click the WhatsApp button (icon at the top of the panel).
This takes you right to the WhatsApp agent’s chat panel.

2. Turn Darwin off for all your WhatsApp

At the top right of the panel you’ll see a main switch.
If you turn it off, Darwin will stop automatically replying to all incoming chats on WhatsApp.
You can turn it back on anytime.

3. You can also turn it off for a specific conversation

If you want Darwin to stop replying just in one conversation, click on that conversation and use the switch at the top right of the chat.
Perfect if you’re handling a chat with a customer yourself and don’t want Darwin to jump in.

You can turn the agent back on whenever you need.
