Forward your calls to your Darwin Now smart assistant so it can answer for you when you're not around. It answers in a natural voice, helps with common questions, and books appointments based on your availability.
Personalize your assistant’s name and voice from the Calls option in your Darwin Now settings panel.
This feature depends on whether your phone provider allows call forwarding.
Here's how to check and activate it step by step:
Dial *#21# from the cell phone of the line you want to link and press call.
You’ll see a message with information about the status of that feature on your line:
If you see the option Voice Forwarding ‘On all calls’ Off, it means that forwarding is available. To activate it, dial from your cell phone
*21*(Darwin’s number)# and press call.
Check your Darwin number in the ‘Calls’ section of your dashboard. For example, if your Darwin number is +1 (231) 356-4230, you’d have to dial:
Note: The + symbol is replaced by 00 when dialing.
You can do it anytime. Just dial #21# from your phone and hit call.
You'll see a screen confirming the forwarding was turned off successfully.
The message will look something like this: "Deactivation of the setting was successful"
This makes sure Darwin doesn't get your calls anymore and everything goes back to the normal settings on your line.
Make the most of your Darwin assistant:
Turn on call forwarding whenever you’re not available to pick up. For example:
When your workday ends
When you’re in a meeting, have an appointment, or you’re out of office
Or just when you can’t answer at the moment
Your assistant will be available 24/7 to answer, clear up questions, and book appointments for you.
When you're available again, just dial #21# to start getting your calls yourself again.
